Online orders to pick up in store.  Order anytime and pick-up within 15 minutes during store hours. Park in the designated parking spot in front, call 405-265-2950 for pick-up in Yukon store or 405-310-2549 for Norman store and items will be brought to your car. No extra fees apply.

Online orders for local delivery.  Order anytime before 12 pm for same day delivery Monday through Friday, after 11 am next weekday delivery.  We will deliver within 20 miles of either our Yukon or Norman stores.  $49 minimum order for free delivery.  

Orders will be left at your front door.  Customers must be home to receive delivery of frozen foods or bones.  You can email us at [email protected] with any special instructions.

Pet foods and treats have 100% satisfaction guarantee and can be returned in store.  Lupine and West Paw products have manufacturers guarantees and all other items can be returned in new condition with all labels and tags.  All items must have been purchased at Pawtopia in the last 90 days.  Purchaser must pay shipping on returned items.

Local deliveries will be done via Pawtopia delivery vehicles. Shipped orders will be shipped via UPS.
